A good piece should end up in a house that wants it, and you should be paid for it. We do it the way we would want it done for our own families.

We find buyers for the pieces worth selling, helping you make room for what comes next. What sells and how long it takes depend on the pieces and their market.

You know the number before we touch a thing.
Every dollar above the number in your proposal is yours, all of it. Our share is worked out on the proposal number and nothing else, so if we estimate a chest at $200 and it brings $2,000, we take our share of the $200 and the whole $1,800 goes to you. We take no commission on the difference.
Nothing up front
We are paid a share of what sells. If it does not sell, you owe nothing.
The number is in writing
Your proposal arrives within a day of the walkthrough. Keep it whether you hire us or not.
Insured, and you can see it
We carry $1,000,000 of commercial general liability insurance through National Specialty Insurance Company, with customer property protection. Ask for the certificate and we send it before we set foot in the house, and you can be named as an additional insured on request.
Your things stay home
Nothing is taken to a warehouse. Every piece stays where it is until the person who bought it has paid.
Some pieces we buy for cash.
Compact, high-value pieces like pro tools and test gear can get a cash offer in your proposal, paid at your door. Everything else sells on consignment for a share of what sells.
